Faron's Summer Encore

Faron's Peacock - Summer Fest 2018

Finally got Faron that Kite - been dying to get this one for him for a long time.

Summer Encore 2018

I was 19 weeks out of game this time... real life calls sometimes. I missed the Summer Festival and almost missed this Summer Encore only a day left. lol.

Ahron on his new Picnic Steed - happy he was able to get it - well suited for this cook.

Summer Fest Encore

Phayel, modeling her new Summer Fest dress.

For the Summer Fest Encore I was able to get all of the characters horses and kites... plus festival dances - and a couple of more outfits I didn't have. I was tickled to death to be able to do this this year... Thanks LotRO team!!

The Summer Encore!

The Summer Festival Encore is done!! I'm stoked - got almost all the fest items and most of the fest deeds done... next Summer... lol. I watched it all disappear again at the stroke of 2AM my time.

Augustinn celebrating the ending to a perfect festival!

Other Summerfest Items

A few items that I acquired but failed to post a couple of weeks ago from the Summerfest 2017.

Summerfest Painting

2 White Wicker Chairs (w/ Bingo's Messy Writing Table)

Mossy Wicker Chair

Hammock

Small Vegetable Garden

Large Vegetable Garden

The Trout Kite that is flown during Summerfest.

I would love to get this one from the LotRO Store for Faron. lol.

Faron enjoying his new Hammock. :)

Jailed

Faron drank a mug of Triple Strength Brandy, fell out and woke up in the Bree-Town Jailhouse this year. Poor guy just doesn't know when to quit.

Bonfires, Cookfires

Glowing Bonfire (Summer Fest 2016).

Last Summer Fest I ended up with this Glowing Bonfire. I kept in in the yard for months (until I got all my crafting yard items in but that's another story). Anyway, I fell in-love with it and decided to get the other 3 fires to rotate in the yard this Summer Fest 2017.

Fest Day Cookfire

Modest Cookfire

Smoky Bonfire

Summer Fest Horses

Well I was late this year getting to the festival this year - but I did manage to squeeze in 5 or 6 days worth fun! The Keg Races and A Taste of Hobbiton are super fun, I didn't get a chance to compete all the deeds this year but there is always next year (if I'm able to attend).

Not all my toons got their Steeds this year but 3 or 4 of them did so I am happy about that. I really love this Sunflower Steed - I'll be riding this one at times I know.

Oodon showing off his new Steed of the Summer Sea

with the famous Shire Rainbow in the background.

Sunflower Steed & Taaure in his new Tunic dyed Shire Peach.

Taaure showing off the original color of the

Long-sleeved Sunflower Tunic and Trousers.

I find many colors work well on this Tunic.

Dilliar carrying the ice to the Bywater. A fun little quest for Festival Tokens.

Hodrath on the same quest.

Faron flying the Kites

Faron Fishing - I love these quests because

they really help with the Fishing Hobby.

Hodrath having a pint at the Green Dragon.

He's showing off the Surcoat of Nárië and

the Summerdays Hat dyed in umber.

Linlorien showing off his new

Long-sleeved Summer Tunic and Trousers.

Oodon chatting with Neddie Grubbs by the Bywater Fishing Hole.

Just before the race begins at a Taste of Hobbiton.

The beginning of the Keg Races.

Marrinus showing off one of the consumables: Fire-breathing Potion

Faron showing off the Monster Fare consumable.

Faron, after all the fun partying got sick. It must have been

the Vile Vittles  consumables that did him in. 😜

I had a blast! Just too bad I wasn't able to attend the first of the festival but I

really  enjoyed what time I did have this year.

Summer Festival 2016 - Faron

I started out flying kites. lol.

Spewing water *ahem* cooling off the patrons.

Enjoying the fireworks.
