I was able to get all 15 of my characters the Steed and Goat this year - I'm very excited over it!! :)

Reveller's Gilded Appearance... for my War-Steed later on in the game. Not all of them has found this in the Letters quest - it's random chance that you'll find a box with this outfit for your War-Steed. 4 or 5 of my characters have found it so far this festival... I can't show it off until I get my War-Steeds. :P
