OK. Cortana says "can't connect to the internet right now"... that tells me it's this end quickly. So I will have to change the Ethernet Cable after all then... and might still have to call the ISP if the problems persist after that!! At least Cortana did something right this time LOL.

LotRO is working on the game right now - having side server problems on top of all that so it's not just one thing going on here then!! Lots of loss with LotRO:

It's definitely worse with LotRO right now - and they are having server issues ATM.

Anyway - it's a combo of things going one at once. When it rains it pours. It's hard to tell what is going on sometimes... just glad Cortana opened up her mouth about it - finally!!
