Straight to the point: I started out 5 years ago with 4 servers full of characters. About a year and a half ago I decided to go down to 2 servers, 4 being way too much anymore for me. I have enjoyed the 2 servers but that is getting to be too much for me as well, so a few days ago I decided to pick out my favorite characters and place them all on 1 server - it's much easier this way for me! I'm remaining on Crickhollow!
What about the old blog? I'll keep it and link to this blog. Why a new blog? After 5 years and all the older servers information it's "messy looking" when you are down to only 1 server - worked great for 4 servers or down to the 2 but now it's time for something new!
I'm down to 15 characters and 1 server - and I'm still enjoying the game! I've got a chance to try different things over the 5 years with LotRO and down to what I like and the characters I like the best. Works great for me! :)
